We regularly undertake civil fraud work involving straightforward theft/deceit/fraudulent claims; unfair prejudice within companies; unfair competition and breaches of confidentiality, conspiracy and fraud assisted by professional advisors (see also regulatory work and professional negligence). We are experienced in all interim applications, including search and seizure, freezing orders and third-party disclosure. We are able to provide prophylactic advice to commercial clients.
