Interim Payment Strategy in High Value Cases
This webinar looks at strategy, tactics and arguments engaged in Interim Payment Applications in high value personal injury claims including the various arguments surrounding the conditions precedent in CPR 25.7(1), current arguments on valuations including accommodation, date of assessment, date of trial and the circumstances in which a claimant’s or defendant's ‘valuation’ might be rejected by the court, and gives some thought to tactical considerations such as what evidence should be deployed in support of or against an interim payment application.
