Work undertaken includes all aspects of employment work, with particular emphasis on restrictive covenants and their inter-relationship with contract disputes, confidentiality and fraud.
We act both claimants and defendants at all stages of the litigation and are experienced in pre-action advice, strategic advice, drafting, interim remedies, and mediation. Where appropriate, we will accept instructions under individual conditional fee agreements and direct access work.
