Byrom Street Chambers is a small, specialised set of practitioners, the majority of whose members hold judicial roles. We benefit from a low turnover of members and staff.  From this position, we recognise the importance and benefits of a diverse and inclusive team.

BSC is committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusivity within our organisation and within our workplace. We are committed to the Equality Guidelines in the Bar Standards Board Handbook.

We are committed to promoting a culture where the individual is fairly treated and respected, and we promote a culture where diversity is appreciated.
