Rhiannon Jones KC to Deliver Spinal Cord Injury Litigation Update at All-Events Conference
12th October 2026
Rhiannon Jones KC will deliver the spinal cord injury litigation update at the All-Events SCI: law, life and outcomes, taking place at the National Space Centre, Leicester, on Wednesday 11th November 2026.
The conference has been developed in collaboration with Jonathan Fogerty of CFG, whose lived experience of spinal cord injury has shaped both the programme and the choice of speakers. It brings together clinicians, rehabilitation specialists and legal practitioners to examine the lifelong impact of spinal cord injury and what that means for case strategy, client support and outcomes.
Rhiannon acts for both claimants and defendants in substantial and complex personal injury claims, with particular expertise in catastrophic spinal and brain injuries. Her practice spans employers’ liability, public liability and road traffic accidents, and she is regularly instructed in high-value claims involving complex loss of earnings, contributory negligence, multiple defendants and international elements. She has appeared in a number of significant cases, including Owen v Brown, Streeter v Hughes and MIB, Hardman v Davies, Farrington v Menzies Haines and Biesheuvel v Birrell.
Rhiannon will be joined on the programme by speakers including Mr Pradeep Thumbikat (STEPS Rehabilitation and Princess Royal Spinal Injuries Centre), Helen Thrussell (National Spinal Injuries Centre, Stoke Mandeville), Andrea Patterson (Princess Royal Spinal Injuries Centre), Maggie Sargent (Maggie Sargent & Associates) and Carole Chantler (IRCM), with sessions covering incomplete injuries and Cauda Equina Syndrome, women’s health, autonomic dysreflexia, pressure ulcers, rehabilitation technology and lifetime care needs.
The conference is accredited by APIL for 5 hours 15 minutes at litigator and senior litigator levels. Tickets are £210 plus VAT.
Please note that business development delegate tickets are not available for this event.
